Welding & Manufacturing Tech (Billings, MT)

Performs a full range of fitting, assembly, and welding operations to construct a wide variety of weldments, sub-assemblies, and machine units in striping equipment production. May perform any other duties assigned as part of working in a shop environment, such as: powder, paint, wiring, sanding, finishing, etc.


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
•    Utilizes all hand tools and grinders.
•    Set-up and use an oxygen/acetylene torch for cutting purposes.
•    Position, align, fit, preheat workpieces and weld parts together accurately.
•    Verifies conformance of work pieces to specification.
•    Fabricate and assembles sheet metal products. 
•    Bolts, clamps, and tack-welds parts to a secure position for welding.
•    Repairs products by dismantling, straightening, reshaping, and reassembling parts.
•    Lays out, positions, aligns, and fits components together.
•    Positions and clamps together components of fabricated metal products in preparation to welding.
•    Works from complex instructions, drawings, specs, and blueprints.
•    Uses primarily MIG and TIG welders.
•    Select type and size of rods and flux, heat range, temperature settings.
•    May perform mechanical/hydraulic/electrical assembly and installation.
•    May weld and assemble paint plumbing assemblies as needed

Manufacturing/Inventory Coordinator (Hull, IA)

This individual works directly with the Manufacturing Shop Supervisor and the Manufacturing team to provide the most efficient flow of required manufacturing through the facility. This individual will communicate and plan with Orange City Scheduling to accomplish work that is beneficial and efficient for both facilities.  Also work with Supply Chain on keeping an accurate inventory flow.  

Duties & Responsibilities

•    Responsible for Warehouse supervision.
•    Assist with bi-annual inventory activities.
•    Responsible for Global Shop activities including, but not limited to:
          o    Generation, printing and distribution of work orders
          o    Processing WIP
          o    Printing orders in a timely fashion to keep work flowing in best possible way
•    Serve with Chassis Check-in and Final Quality inspection
•    Transport items between OC & Hull weekly. 
•    Technical support and troubleshooting as needed
•    Maintain a positive desire to serve others and help everyone succeed.

Qualifications & Education Requirements

•    Knowledge of Warehouse needs and organization.

•    Global Shop proficiency preferred but will train.
•    CDL required or will assist in acquiring.

Electrical Tech (Billings, MT)

JOB SUMMARY
Electrical technicians help create and/or install the electronic components and equipment used in any equipment or device that involves electricity 


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
•    Install electromechanical and electronic parts of machinery and equipment
•    Test solid-state circuitry to determine defective components in analog and digital equipment along with defective parts replacement.
•    Install improvements and major upgrades to electrical equipment
•    Repair and replace defective components in motors, generators, controllers, storage batteries, switchboards, conductors, switches and varied electrical fixtures.
•    Read and interpret blueprints, schematics and wiring diagrams
•    Plan and prepare work orders or instructions utilizing blueprints, sketches and drawings
•    Ensure accurate and apt completion of all protective maintenance duties

Warehouse Shipping/Receiving (Billings, MT)

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
•    Daily pulling of appropriate parts based on sales orders provided.
•    Daily picking of parts for Welding shop and Assembly floor.
•    Packaging, weighing and carefully preparing shipping labels and end of day report.
•    Keep a close eye on priority UPS NEXT DAY AIR, so that they get out that day.
•    Provide customer freight charges to Purchasing for final sales orders.
•    Receive, count, measure, examine, and tag, etc. all parts delivered by vendors, UPS, FedEx, freight companies etc. Immediately notify Purchasing of any issues. Matching up with PO. 
•    Utilize pictures/drawings etc. of incoming parts to match up with part numbers and PO’s. 
•    Safely drive company vehicle to make pickups and deliveries as instructed, keep vehicle clean and oil changes current
•    Consolidate/organize part locations and keep like items together.  Bin locations identified.
•    Make yourself aware of part locations and count and notify Purchasing of Low Inventory so it can be replaced before stock is depleted – Utilizing Kanban system. 
•    Snow removal between shops and break trailer for employees and vendors
•    Learn to navigate shipping computer to look up drawings or parts inventory. Ask questions if you are not sure.
•    Bring down overstock items from shelves above and from above parts room.
•    Make sure all new delivered items/pallets/ are in appropriate locations before EOD.
•    Any shipping/receiving related questions/concerns direct to Purchasing Dept. right away.
•    Use RMA procedures for returns – any shipping/receiving/RMA discrepancies contact purchasing right away.

Additional ‘tasks as time allows:

•    Sweep clean, tidy bays as trucks are pulled out before a new one is pulled in.
•    Empty shop garbage as needed and sweep shop floors to keep shop clean and presentable to customers and vendors that come through the shop.
•    Keep shop and yard free of clutter and garbage and weeds.
•    Assist Purchasing with paperwork as needed. 
•    Communicate reorder of routine items/supplies to Purchasing.
•    Bring in all small items to put on inside carts – staging for projects.

Equipment Services Shop Technician (Orange City, IA)

JOB SUMMARY
Equipment Services Shop Technician for equipment services role is to install, maintain, troubleshoot, test, and repair paint striping equipment. Will work as part of a cohesive team within the shop to meet customers’ needs all while managing a clean, safe, and productive work environment. 


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
•    Implement safety regulations, maintain clean and orderly work areas. 
•    Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
•    Diagnose problems, replace, or repair parts, test, and adjust. 
•    Test completed jobs to ensure they are working properly. 
•    Explain issues with equipment and repairs to customers. 
•    Maintain company vehicles, inventory, and tools in proper working condition.
